Key Information
Ultimate Frisbee is a non-contact, self-refereed sport played with a flying disc. Players cannot run with the disc and must pass it to players by throwing it. The objective of the game is to score points by catching the disc in the opposing team’s end zone. Ultimate can be played indoors or outdoors, with indoor games being played on a smaller 5 a side pitch whereas outdoor ultimate is 7 a side.
