Volleyball 4v4 Tournament (Tayside and Fife)

SS Volleyball are delighted to host the regional, recreational 4v4 Events in semester 2 of 2024-25! These are 4-a-side fun tournaments for new club members and those learning the game – a great chance to enjoy some volleyball competition in friendly, small-sided games!

Eligibility: Tournaments are open to currently matriculated students at Scottish institutions as per our Terms and Conditions on a first-come, first-served basis

Format: A draw will be created once entries close, as each region will have a separate event:

  • 4v4 Tournament (Grampian)            05/02/2025       RGU                                   1100-1300
  • 4v4 Tournament (West)                   29/01/2025       Strathclyde                         1500-1800
  • 4v4 Tournament (East)                    29/01/2025       Edinburgh (Pleasance)      1400-1700
  • 4v4 Tournament (Tayside and Fife)   29/01/2025       Dundee                              1400-1700

Teams: Teams of 4 should be mixed (with at least one male/one female in each team of 4). Teams can have up to two additional subs

Team Maximums: There is space for 12 teams in each of the regional events, so make sure you sign up now and don’t miss out!

Cost: £6 per team. Entries close at least 2 days before each event is due to start

Payment: You will be able to pay by card on this system. If you wish to request support from your Sports Union to cover the cost of your attendance, please click ‘Defer Payment’ and this will send them an invoice request. PLEASE NOTE – you should talk to your Sports Union about financial support BEFORE you sign-up to this event

On The Day Registration: Teams should arrive no later than 15mins before the event start time

Officials: This is a fun tournament, so teams will self-officiate their matches
