Netball has the highest female participation numbers within Scottish Student Sport!
BUCS league matches take place on Saturdays, from October to February with knockout Conference Cup and Plate matches throughout the season, which finish up at the SSS Conference Finals in March.
Many Scottish university teams also compete in local association leagues, regional ladders and national competitions.
The annual SSS Netball Championships is hosted towards the end of the season, which gives all netball institutions the opportunity to be crowned SSS Champions regardless of the division they play in.
Our Recreational Tournament offers players in Development or Recreational squads the opportunity to play for fun
We are also seeking opportunities to bring in Men’s and/or Mixed Netball too – please get in touch if you want more information
